Watch now as Eric Thomas, the Hip Hop Preacher, sits down with Zachary Babiarz, a Star Executive at just 21 years of age. He was introduced to Vemma through Nick Ptak and Alex Morton and has been with the company for a year. Zachary tells us his next goal is to get at least five more people in his downline car qualified next month. Joining Zachary Babiarz on the call are Vemma Executive Brand Partner Diego Avila, Diamond Brand Partner Danny Wilgenbusch, and Platinum Brand Partner Zac Meyer. How Vemma changed him: Zachary tells us, “It has changed my life in so many ways, mostly my mindset. I completely shifted from an employee mindset to an entrepreneurial mindset. This has helped me build lifelong business skills and relationships. I’ve become a much more positive person since beginning this business and now I’ve developed a strong passion to teach others how to build wealth and inspire them to achieve success.” Advice to new people: “Be coachable and open to learn new things. Know that this is a marathon and not a sprint; it’s not just going to happen for you. You have to put in the work needed and make it happen. Study and follow successful people, and stay connected every day with your upline and downline. Become obsessed with success.” Hip Hop Preacher Eric Thomas sits down with Platinum Brand Partner Noelle Rapisarda and special guests. Noelle was introduced to Vemma through her good friend Jovana Stewart when a Facebook post caught her eye. Joining Noelle and Eric Thomas on the call are Logan Holle and Andy Workman. How Vemma changed her: “This opportunity has changed me for the better in so many ways. It has taken me out of the mundane, corporate grind and allowed me to dream again and creatively work towards goals and a lifestyle that I have always wanted. I am incredibly proud to be a part of my team and feel so blessed to have met the people I have – many of them I consider family now. It has shown me that I have the power to positively influence people’s lives and accomplish things that I never thought possible for myself. I always knew I wanted to do great things with my life and leave a legacy and I am able to see so clearly now that this opportunity is my vehicle to do just that.” Advice to new people: “The greatest piece of advice I can give to the Brand Partners who are just starting the business is to not give up, don’t ever give up. You are going to run into a lot of people who are going to tell you that you’re crazy, it’s never going to work for you, don’t waste your time with one of “those things.” People love to hate on people who take a chance in life, who aren’t afraid to do something different. They hate mainly because they are too afraid to do it themselves. But you need to have thick skin, ignore anyone who isn’t supportive and believe in yourself that you are going to not only make it work, but you’re going to build a million dollar business. Lastly, do not get discouraged if people quit. My favorite quote is, “Many who started with you may not finish with you – GO ANYWAY.” You cannot be influenced by other people or their decisions – stay positive, stay plugged in, stay excited, and mainly…dream big!” |
