About Noelle Rapisarda
This 23-year-old Platinum Brand Partner was introduced to Vemma through her good friend Jovana Stewart when a Facebook post caught her eye. Noelle’s next goal is to reach Executive by convention.
How Vemma changed her:
“This opportunity has changed me for the better in so many ways. It has taken me out of the mundane, corporate grind and allowed me to dream again and creatively work towards goals and a lifestyle that I have always wanted. I am incredibly proud of be a part of my team and feel so blessed to have met the people I have – many of them I consider family now. It has shown me that I have the power to positively influence people’s lives and accomplish things that I never thought possible for myself. I always knew I wanted to do great things with my life and leave a legacy and I am able to see so clearly now that this opportunity is my vehicle to do just that.”
Advice to new people:
“The greatest piece of advice I can give to the brand partners who are just starting the business is to not give up, don’t ever give up. You are going to run into a lot of people who are going to tell you that you’re crazy, it’s never going to work for you, don’t waste your time with one of “those things.” People love to hate on people who take a chance in life, who aren’t afraid to do something different. They hate mainly because they are too afraid to do it themselves. But you need to have thick skin, ignore anyone who isn’t supportive and believe in yourself that you are going to not only make it work, but you’re going to build a million dollar business. Lastly, do not get discouraged if people quit. My favorite quote is, “Many who started with you may not finish with you – GO ANYWAY.” You cannot be influenced by other people or their decisions – stay positive, stay plugged in, stay excited, and mainly…dream big!”

About Alaina Thomas
Alaina is Star Platinum and 22 years old. Alaina was introduced to Vemma by her softball coach Wendy Hauser and has been with Vemma for 7 months. Alaina’s next goal is to reach Executive by Convention.
How Vemma changed her:
Alaina tells us, “I used to think that in order to make money you had to ‘get a job.’ Through this, I realized getting a job is the most difficult way to make money. This has changed how I think and therefore who I am and how I talk to people. I have always been a very competitive athlete but never the MVP. Any award I got was ‘Most Inspirational Player’. I feel like this is a way to really focus that passion in inspiring others to be their best. This is not like the corporate world where you claw your way to the top; instead it’s more like a team sport where for anyone to succeed, your entire team must be at their best. In Vemma we constantly look to help and support one another. This has also changed how I view goal setting and achievement possibilities. I don’t set goals for what I think I can achieve, but for what I actually want — then I can make a plan to achieve that.”
Advice to new people:
“Don’t be just be a Dreamer, but be a Doer. One thing I think that holds people back is that they start dreaming these bigger dreams but then do not change their actions to assure their dreams will come true. If you can dream it, you can achieve it. If you don’t know what to do find a mentor, someone in your upline, educate yourself with personal development, and set up a game plan for how you can make it happen. Everyone CAN achieve their dreams, but not everyone Will. You can sit, wait, hope, and pray for it to happen, or figure out what it takes and go make it happen.”

About Anthony Cometa
Anthony is just 22 years old and is a Presidential. Anthony was introduced to Vemma by his best friend Patrick Comer and has been with Vemma for less than a year. Anthony tells us “my next goal in the business is to hit the Royal Ambassador level (a mil a year) by the end of my second year.”
How Vemma changed him:
Anthony tells us, “This Vemma vehicle has completely changed my perspective on life. Negativity and pessimism are no longer in my vocabulary. It is incredible to see an hour of my work that I put in six months ago pay me residually today. No one ever taught me that wealth is created through building assets! Vemma has changed everything.”
Advice to new people:
“Immerse yourself into educational material. Read books, listen to success audio tapes, etc. When I first got on board, I wasn’t familiar at all with the network marketing industry. My mentor and roommate at the time Patrick Comer would force me to sit down with him in his room and listen to Jim Rohn and Anthony Robbins audiotapes. This greatly increased my belief level, which in turn increased my excitement. Communication is only 8 percent content (what you say), a majority of it being body language along with tone and pitch of voice. When you’re brand new to the business, as long as you truly believe in what is going on and are truly excited, your friends will feel that and will not question the legitimacy of the business!”
